Are you the admin of your Atlassian instance?

Visit the HubSpot Connector - Admin Guide to setup the app and edit the administration settings.

Get relevant information on Jira Service Management

  1. Access a ticket in your Jira Service Management.

  2. Click on the HubSpot button in the panel on the right.

  3. Click on “Allow access” if needed.

  4. If the contact associated to the ticket is synchronized in your HubSpot, all the relavant info will appear in the panel on the right.

The information available to the user in Jira Service Management depend on both your HubSpot setup and your settings in HubSpot Connector for Jira.


Attach a HubSpot item

  1. Click on the HubSpot button in your Jira issue.

  2. Select the type of card you want to attach.

  3. Search for the item you want to attach and select it.

  4. Click Add.

You can add more cards or remove attached ones if you want.

Expand the card to see more details.


Access HubSpot view list

  1. In a Jira project, scroll down the left panel to the Apps section and click on HubSpot Connector.

  2. If asked, allow the app the required access.

  3. Browse your HubSpot views.


Create and edit HubSpot view

  1. In the View List, click on Create.

  2. Select the desired type of view.

  3. Edit the view name.

  4. Edit the view columns. You can reorder or delete existing columns and add new ones.


  5. Set the filters.
    Under the section Filters, click on the “+ button to create a new filter group.

    If you want the filter group to have regular filters in it, click on New filter and add as many filters you want. Note that filters inside the same filter group will be in an “and” relationship to each other.

    If you want to create a list of single items (e.g. a list of specific contacts), click con Custom List.

    When you’re satisfied with the filter group, click on Apply. The newly created or edited filter group will appear in the Filters section.

    You can edit or delete an existing filter group clicking the corrisponding buttons to the right, or create a new filter group. Different filter groups will be in an “or” relationship to each other.

  6. When you’re satisfied with the view, click on Save.

  7. If you want to edit an existing view, select the view from the View List and click on Edit.
