Connect to HubSpot

  1. As an admin, go Go the admin panel and select the app HubSpot Connector.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Follow the instructions on screen.

  4. Close the blank tab once finished.

Create a new card template

  1. As an admin, go to the In the Cards section of Control Panel, click on the button New and select the desired card type.

  2. Insert the template name.

  3. Choose the item fields to display in the card.

  4. Order the fields as you wish.
    Main will be always visible, while Extra will appear when expanding the card.

  5. Check the template in the Preview section and Save when you’re satisfied.

Edit an existing card template

  1. As an admin, go to the In the Cards section of Control Panel and , select an existing template from the left panel.

  2. Edit the template properties as you were creating a new template (read above).

  3. Click Save.

Delete a card template

  1. As an admin, go to the In the Cards section of Control Paneland , select an existing template from the left panel.

  2. Click on the Delete icon and confirm.

Set a card template to be used in Jira Service Management

  1. As an admin, go to the In the Cards section of Control Paneland , select an existing template from the left panel.

  2. Check (or uncheck) the box to use the current template in Jira Service Management for its item type.

  3. Click on Save.

Note: you can set a template for each item type (Contact, Company, Deal) to be used in Jira Service Management. If you don’t set a template for a specific item type, the corrisponding card won’t show up in the ticket.

If needed, you can use this option to restrict access to sensible data.

HubSpot Views

  • In the View Properties section of Control Panel, select the type of item whose properties restrictions you want to manage.

  • If you want to restrict the properties to a certain group, select Selected only and add the properties in the selector below.

  • Click Save.

Info

You can use the setting None to totally block the use of the selected type of item while creating or editing an HubSpot view.
